Dr. Song brought together an amazing team to bring his vision to life. Everyone here is kind, hardworking, and truly cares about our patients.
Our main goal is simple. We want every person who visits us to feel comfortable and welcome. We are so happy to be a part of this wonderful community.
At Forest Manor Dental, our story starts with Dr. Song. He has a real passion for dental surgery, like helping patients with wisdom teeth and implants. He always dreamed of opening a special clinic he could call his own.
His main goal was to create a practice built on comprehensive care. This is our promise to look at the big picture of your oral health, not just a single tooth.
We take the time to listen and understand your personal health goals. Then, we create a custom treatment plan that is perfect for you.
To make this vision a reality, he chose our modern and friendly clinic. It’s the perfect home for us in this wonderful, growing community. We proudly opened our doors in February 2023. And since then, we have been thrilled to serve our neighbours.
Dr. Byung Jun (Chris) Song
DENTIST
Meet Dr. Chris Song, a dedicated board-certified dentist with expertise in surgical dentistry, particularly wisdom teeth removal and dental implants.
Graduating from the University of Toronto, he’s a member of the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Society.
Dr. Song’s compassionate approach creates a supportive environment at our dental office, where he crafts personalized treatment plans, while also sharing his expertise through dental implant courses and indulging in outdoor sports for a balanced lifestyle.
Dr. Shinyoung Park
DENTIST
Dr. Park earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honours from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry. She also won the Albert E. Webster Memorial Scholarship. It is for excellence in clinical restorative dentistry.
Dr. Park specializes in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. She commits to patient-centered care. She has a reputation for her kindness and approachability.
Dr. Shitij Luthra
DENTIST
Dr. Shitij Luthra isn’t just passionate about dentistry—he’s passionate about people. With over 15 years of experience caring for patients of all ages, he’s built a reputation for making even the most anxious visitors feel right at home. Whether it’s your child’s first check-up or you’re nervous about a root canal, Dr. Luthra’s calm, gentle approach puts comfort first.
Trained in both India and Canada, he holds a D.D.S. from the University of Toronto, where he earned the Lynda Sellers Award for Comprehensive Patient Care and a spot on the Dean’s List. He offers a full range of services—from extractions to implants—under one roof, using the latest dental technology to make visits smoother and more precise.
A proud member of several professional associations, Dr. Luthra believes in care that’s personal, not rushed. He takes time to listen, explain, and treat every patient like family—because to him, that’s exactly what you are.
Dr. Julien Kim
Orthodontist
Dr. Kim earned his B.Sc. and D.M.D. from the University of British Columbia. After graduating, he pursued a General Practice Residency at UCLA. He later earned a Specialty Diploma in Orthodontics and a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto.
Dr. Kim is also passionate about teaching. He is a part-time instructor at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Dentistry. He shares his expertise there.
Dr. Hyunjee (Jamie) Ro

Dr. Jamie Ro obtained her DDS from the University of Toronto in 2019.
She practiced in New Brunswick for 6 years before moving back to Toronto where she grew up. She is passionate about all aspects of dentistry.

Sylvia is a registered dental hygienist dedicated to providing gentle, thorough care tailored to each patient. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from York University before completing her Dental Hygiene diploma at Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries Inc.
Passionate about preventive dentistry, Sylvia focuses on educating patients and creating a comfortable, positive dental experience. Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her family and dog.

I’m Hester! My goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for while keeping their smile healthy and bright. Outside of the clinic, I stay active playing volleyball and when I’m relaxing, you’ll usually find me enjoying BTS music!

Karen graduated from Durham College’s Dental Hygiene Program with Honours and practices in both general dental hygiene and orthodontics.
She believes a positive dental experience starts with comfort, trust, and gentle care. Karen is dedicated to providing a stress-free and pain-free hygiene experience, while helping patients maintain healthy, functional, and confident smiles.
She is equally passionate about both hygiene and orthodontics, and enjoys supporting patients through their oral health journey with care and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys staying active. She plays volleyball and loves ice skating during the winter, bringing the same energy and balance into her professional life.

CLINICAL CARE COORDINATOR
As the first friendly face you see at Forest Manor Dental, Will ensures that every patient’s visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Serving as our Front Desk Administrator and New Patient Coordinator, he manages the daily schedule, assists with booking appointments based on specific patient needs, and helps navigate the often-complex details of insurance and treatment plans.
Will is passionate about patient education. He loves helping patients understand exactly what is going on with their oral health and working with them to execute a treatment plan that gets their smile exactly where they want it to be.
Outside of the clinic, Will stays active at the gym and keeps his finger on the pulse of the latest fashion trends. He enjoys café hopping, trying different restaurants, and traveling. A fun fact about Will: he has a unique collection of hoodies from concerts, streetwear brands, and his overseas trips!
